Product selection

Our staff are trained to have good product knowledge combined with a sensitive understanding of interior design. It is important that you end up with a functional room that is not only beautiful, but which compliments your home and and can cope with the heavy demands of your lifestyle and family.

Our products cover basics such as sanitaryware, baths and taps, but also include essential 'interior design' products such as lighting, accessories, furniture and cabinets. Some of our stores also sell tiles. Bathstore is the one stop solution for all your bathroom needs.

Price promise

At Bathstore, we are confident that our prices will be the lowest. If you should find a better price elsewhere for the same product, simply produce a written quotation and we will beat that price.

This promise remains valid for 30 days after order date. Price promise excludes any sale or promotional offers run from time to time by Bathstore or its related companies.

Installations

Our experts will help design and cost your bathroom. If you provide the rough layout and dimensions to our store staff they will assist you in the design process. We believe it is your bathroom, and therefore the design should have as much input from you as possible, but guided by knowledgeable experts. We do not make site visits as these are prohibitively expensive and we pride ourselves on our competitive prices.

We survey our customer's experiences of local installers. Our stores will be able to discuss local installers and the results of our survey with you so that you can make an informed decision as to which installers to approach for a quotation.

All bathroom designs, plans and product specifications should be discussed in detail with you chosen installer to ensure compatibility with your plumbing systems and other building / site requirements.

Stock

Bathstore stock products valued in excess of £10 million at our London, Ripon, Dunstable and Birmingham warehouses. This gives you unrivalled product support and backup.

3. DELIVERIES

All goods must be delivered / collected within 2 months of your order date. After 2 months the order will be cancelled & subject to a 20% handling charge.

i) Delivery times

Deliveries are made between 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

ii) Delivery information

Please make sure we have your address details correct. Please ensure if there are any access issues to your property or other special delivery requirements, that you have discussed them with your sales consultant. If you wish to make any changes to your delivery date or address please contact us 5-7 days before your scheduled delivery.

iii) Delivery charges

Deliveries are made to your door & are generally carried out using our own vehicles & drivers. To keep our prices as low as possible, our drivers do not have assistants. Please ensure there is help on hand to unload any heavy or bulky items.

Your delivery charge will be calculated by the total amount within your basket. Outside mainland Britain: prices available upon request.

iv) Delivery to Store

Should you wish, orders containing small items below a total value of £250 inc VAT can be delivered to store for you to collect, free of charge, at the store managers discretion. Ask instore for details.

Should you ask for your order to be delivered in two parts or more, further delivery charges may apply.

v) Booking your installer

Bathstore advise you not to confirm your installer's starting date until full receipt of your goods. In the unlikely event that a delivery date confirmation (this is not the request date on your order) is not met resulting in inconvenience or loss, Bathstore will contribute up to £25 per day to a maximum of 3 days as a goodwill gesture. This is a demonstration of our total commitment to meeting our deadlines.

vi) Assistance

To enable us to offer a competitive delivery service Bathstore vans are manned by the driver alone - please ensure that suitable assistance is available to off-load heavy goods.

vii) Check your delivery

We recommend that you check your delivery is complete and undamaged as soon as possible. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition. Bathstore offers a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please notify your local store within 28 days and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we possibly can.
